WHAT’S IN THE ARCHIVE
Championship results cover 1920 through 2025, including six-man, historic conferences, shared titles and the PVIL. State-final record entries, championship MVPs, champion season win/loss results, school appearance histories and coaching title leaders are drawn from the football record book and almanac.
Choose Team or Individual, then Game or Season. Games Included identifies the competition: regular season, playoffs or state finals. Each leaderboard compares one statistic within one classification; six-man and 11-man figures are kept separate. Equal marks share a rank. Shutouts are listed chronologically as achievements, without rankings. The published statistical collection currently covers state championship games; full-season and full-playoff totals remain unpublished. Championship-season W–L figures are separate from statistical records.
Record-book classifications follow the UIL’s adjusted class labels, which moved earlier records up one class in 2014. Championship result rows preserve the conference listed for that season. Historic school names remain visible; closed schools keep their own identity.
District browsing uses current school alignment to find a program’s earlier results. It does not claim that a school played in that district in an earlier season. The UIL does not publish a complete district-by-district football record book. Private-school associations are outside this UIL archive.
Shared titles are identified. A forfeited title is flagged rather than silently credited. Unavailable scores or awards stay unrecorded. Counts may differ between the result ledger and published appearance summaries where the official historical sources disagree.
