Cherokee and Rochelle are scheduled for 11/06. Here is the position each brings into the game, based on the results available at publication.
Cherokee comes in 8-1 overall and 2-1 in district.
Rochelle comes in 5-4 overall and 2-1 in district.
The first 2 finishers qualify. That gives the standings real weight, but this snapshot does not clinch a berth for anyone. Remaining results and the district tiebreakers will settle the field.
